What is Via Saviene?

Via Saviene is our projection of the modern woman and all she desires. It is the result of our time spent studying the needs, aspirations and desires of modern women. Saviene is the name of our very own muse, and “via” means “way of”. As a brand, we celebrate modern women who go the way of Saviene.

We crafted Via Saviene around this way of life, infusing these values into our brand, from product to packaging and beyond. Our modern aesthetics are a celebration of Saviene, and we’ll continue to evolve alongside her. Explore the world of Via Saviene.

Our Products

What materials does Via Saviene use?

We use high quality brass with plating that far exceeds industry standards, in gold, rhodium and hematite. Our stones are Swarovski crystals and Cubic Zirconia.

Ear posts are crafted in hypoallergenic sterling silver, which is a softer material, so we suggest reading our jewelry care guide for care details. Most importantly, all of our materials are safe to wear.

Where are Via Saviene products made?

We’re proud to work with our manufacturers in China, with whom we’ve enjoyed a long term partnership. Expert artisans bring our designs to life. These craftsmen hand-finish each product with a sought-after level of skill that is hard to find. Beyond this, they also prioritize social and environmental compliances, conducting yearly audits to ensure they are meeting—and exceeding—these responsible standards.

Care For Your Jewelry

How do I care for my Via Saviene jewelry?

In general, we recommend that you avoid excess friction (any items coming into direct contact with your jewelry) and moisture (from makeup, body products, perspiration, etc). This will prolong the like-new appearance of your jewelry. Because our jewelry is created with robustly plated brass, some change in color and plating wear is expected over time. Frequent cleaning prevents tarnish build up due to oxidation of the metal. For more information, see our complete Care Guide.

Daily Wear

• Moisture and jewelry don’t mix. Shield your jewelry on rainy days. Don’t allow contact with lotions, fragrances and other body products. Water and oil-based products will increase the chance of tarnishing.

• While your jewelry pairs perfectly with a post-workout look, we recommend only wearing it on dry, clean skin. Don’t bathe, swim or workout while wearing it.

•Stacking jewelry is one of our favorite ways to wear it, but that can also cause surface scratches.

• Our earring posts are sterling silver, a softer material that is susceptible to bending and should be treated with extra care. Avoid bending it, as it might break.

• Clean earring posts frequently with a sterling silver polishing cloth and cleaner to prevent tarnish buildup and keep them looking their best.   

Cleaning

• Clean your jewelry regularly to avoid tarnish buildup.

• To clean your jewelry, wipe each piece with a non-abrasive cloth, preferably those meant for plated jewelry only.

• Avoid cleaning plated jewelry with chemicals, as they could discolor the surface and cause damage.

Storing

• Carefully store your jewelry in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight and heat.

• To maintain like-new condition, store your jewelry inside sealed, moisture-free bags.

Orders & Payment

What is the average order processing time?

Order processing typically takes 2 business days and will ship within 48 hours pending availability and credit verification. During the holidays, processing time may vary (a holiday cut-off schedule will be available).

Place your order by 12PM PST if you’d like to select expedited shipping at checkout. Orders placed on Friday after 12PM PST will begin processing on the following Monday.

Via Saviene team will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional identification provided for credit verification.

How to track/ check the status of my order?

You’ll receive an email with tracking information once an order has shipped. You can also check the status of your order by logging into your Via Saviene Account.

Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?

Once you place an order, we work quickly to process and ship it. If your order has not yet shipped, we will endeavor to accommodate your request. Please be advised that once an order has been shipped we are unable to make any modifications to the order including cancellations.

Will you share my personal information?

All of the information you share with us through ViaSaviene.com is considered sensitive and confidential. We will never share, rent or sell your personal information to a third party without your consent. Learn more about our Privacy Policy.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Each Via Saviene jewelry order comes with an individual soft pouch and branded box. If you wish to personalize your order with a special message, please send your request to contact@viasaviene.com immediately after placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

Shipping

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Shipping times will vary depending on shipping method selected and delivery location. The estimates are for reference only, exceptions apply and delivery time is not guaranteed.

• USPS Priority Mail Shipping: 2- 5 days
• USPS Overnight: 1 business day

What’s the shipping policy?

We offer free UPS Ground shipping for orders of $125 or more. We do not offer Saturday and international delivery at this time. All orders will be shipped via UPS Ground unless other shipping method is chosen during checkout. For expedited shipping, please see options outlined during checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we do not ship internationally. Purchases can only be made by using a shipping address in the United States. We are unable to ship to a P.O. Box or a APO/FPO addresses. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

Our goal is to keep you happy. If you’re unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we offer a 30-day window free returns from the day of receipt on all purchases in original condition, undamaged, with no visible signs of wear. Although we offer free returns, shipping fees on original order are not refundable.

How do I start a return?

To process your return please visit our online return portal ( https://viasaviene.com/a/returns ) with your email and order number ready within 30 days of purchase. Select the items you’d like to return. We will then send you a pre-paid shipping label via email within 48 business hours. Send the piece back when you can. Please allow 14 business days upon receipt of items for your credit to be processed. Refunds will be issued by original method of payment only.

**In order to be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, undamaged, with no visible signs of wear. Original tags (if any) must be attached and the item must include the invoice and original packaging. Via Saviene reserves the right to final approval on all items.

How do I exchange an item?

To exchange an item, simply return it and place a new order for the item you would like instead.

What about a ring that doesn't fit?

The easiest way is to follow the steps to return the ring size that did not fit you for a full refund and place an order for the new size online. Refer to our fit guide here!

What if I receive a damaged item?

For defective/damaged items, please email customercare@viasaviene.com. Kindly include a clear image of the defect/damage, order number, and name your order is under within 7 days of receiving the . Upon receipt, our team will respond to your email request within 3-5 business days.

Returning or exchanging a gift?

Contact our Customer Care team via at customercare@viasaviene.com with your order number and name the order is under. Refund can only be given to original payment method. Store credit via discount code can also be issued.

*Store credit is issued via discount code and must be used on only one order and cannot be broken up over a period of time.
